Ekone Smoked Oyster Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Original Ekone Smoked Oysters
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Mexican Crema
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Chives for garnish
Directions
  1. Roughly chop the oysters.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve with kettle chips, crackers or fresh bread.
